A student's result can decide a career. These rules are part of how the product is built, not a policy page.

How the AI Marking Assistant works
  1. 1.

    Examiners award every mark.

The AI highlights key points, checks for unviewed pages and adds up totals. It cannot fill a marks cell.

  2. 2.

    Identities stay masked.

Examiners and moderators see a random evaluation code. Only the controller's key restores roll numbers.

  3. 3.

    Every action is logged.

Each mark, change and re-check is recorded with who, when and why, for audit, revaluation and RTI.

  4. 4.

Minors' data is for assessment only.

Data from school-board candidates is used only to evaluate and publish results, never for advertising.

  5. 5.

    Papers and scripts are encrypted.

Access is role-based and logged. Your data is never sold or used to train models for other institutions.

Questions

What controllers of examinations ask us first.

Something else on your mind? Write to the exam cell.

Q1Does the AI give marks?

No. Examiners award every mark. The AI only highlights where an answer matches key points of the model answer, reminds the examiner about unviewed pages and adds up totals.

Q2Is it secure?

Question papers and answer scripts are encrypted in storage and in transit. Access is role-based, sessions are device-bound and every view, edit and download is logged.

Q3Can examiners mark from home?

Yes, if your institution allows it. Logins are bound to approved devices, downloads and screenshots are blocked in the marking window, and you can restrict marking to approved centres instead.

Q4Does it handle revaluation?

Yes. Students apply online for a photocopy, re-totalling or revaluation. The script is re-marked by a different examiner and the result is revised with a new mark sheet.

Q5Can it work with our existing exam software?

Yes. Student lists, internal marks and results move to and from your ERP or exam management system by file import or API. You do not need to replace your current system.

Q6How long does setup take?

A single-course pilot can run within two weeks. A full semester rollout typically takes six to eight weeks, including examiner training and scanning setup.
